What is the Membrane Integrity Factor® Subscribe and Save Program?
You have the option to join our Subscribe and Save program if you prefer.  You are not obligated to join it when purchasing, it is strictly for those customers that would like to have their Membrane Integrity Factor® shipped to them on a regular basis so they do not run out of their supply.  You will be offered this option AFTER you order.  You have to intentionally join this program; it is not something you need to opt-out of – there are no hidden terms.  A lot of customers take advantage of our complimentary "Subscribe and Save" Service because your shipments are timed perfectly to arrive at your door so you can stay on your preferred schedule. The Subscribe and Save Service does not cost anything extra and you will receive complimentary insurance on every shipment.  If for any reason you do not receive your order, we will replace it free of charge.

If you do decide to join the Subscribe and Save program, the following would apply:
If you ordered one box, we would send you one box every month at the same time until you inform us to stop.  We will bill your credit card the exact same fee as your initial order.  If you ordered two boxes, we would send you two boxes every two months and so on….

Can I order without being on a Subscribe and Save Program?
Of course you can. No one is automatically signed up for the Subscribe and Save service.  You have to intentionally sign up for the Subscribe and Save service after you place your order.  This service is strictly for those customers that would like to have their Membrane Integrity Factor® shipped to them on a regular basis so they do not run out of their supply.

How soon will you ship my order?
When you order before 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, your order will normally ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm PST, or on Saturday and Sunday, will normally ship within two business days.

How long before my order arrives?
The following are approximate delivery times from the ship date:

First Class Mail – 3 to 8 business days
Priority Mail – 2 to 4 business days
Express Mail – 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Information – International

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is listed on the order page, we will ship to you. However, for some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft (US DOLLARS) in advance, and charge $29.95 (US) for shipping and handling. To inquire about your country specifically, please click here and fill out this form.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
For regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is $29.95 (US).

How long before my order arrives?
Most international orders are delivered in 10 days. Please note: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order by up to an additional two weeks depending on your country.

What happens if my order does not clear customs?
If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a Return Processing Fee of $20.00 plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and handling again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the Return Processing Fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.

Will I be charged a customs fee or tax?
Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for this cost.
